I have been providing niche services for EBIX cash (erstwhile AssureEdge, Magus Customer Dialog Pvt Ltd) for their client TVS Credit since Feb 2018.
This project for involved recording voice clips of more than 2000 messages in 6 different languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi and English) through a 3rd party. They gave me an Purchase Order but they never paid me. I received a mail from them on 30 June 2020 stating they will pay me in 10 days.
EBIX Cash has not paid me Rs.1, 25, 000 in spite of completion of the project and submission before the timelines. TVS Credit has also not supported me to release payment from EBIX Cash since March 2020. I am running from pillar to post.
I have reached out to multiple employees at Ebix Cash with no response. They are such a large organization that they do not deem fit to respond to even pay one Senior Citizen.
I am a 75-year-old senior citizen who is also a Cancer survivor and I take up small assignments to keep myself occupied. I have never experienced an unprofessional situation such as this in my career. I am extremely shocked and unhappy that an organisation of repute would handle a service provider the way they have.
