Ebiz.com — late money refund

Respected sir, i am extremely feeling sorry for what i am going to say. The ebiz company refunds money within 90 to 120 days... January 25th was my 120th day and today its 6 days extra.. January 31st.
What is wrong with the company.? Sir i belong to a poor family and i have expended rs16, 864 on ebiz when i had joined... Dear sir 16000 is a lot of money for poor people like us... Sir please do a favour and refund my money. I am in urgent need. My semesters fees are pending too, with these i could help myself in filling my semester fee... Sir for the sake of mankind pls di refund my money.... Do not cheat us... Pls
