Issue with refund money

I joint ebiz.com private limited in April 2017 and I cancelled my package within 1 month with ebiz.com private limited.
therefore according to the policy the refund will return within 90 days.
And I have not received any refund by the company.
So please take care very effectively action against the company....

      One of my friend's worked in a company called Ebiz. He was working there and made me joined the company. I had invested there RS. 14, 999 (basically they made me fool, somewhat they cheated me by winning my trust). I joined the course in 2017. Now I was complaint to do that network marketing . I needed that amount. I asked my friend if that amount can be refunded but he replied that the duration to get the said amount was almost 3 months which is now over.

      So I want my money back because I need it very badly. What is the process of getting the amount back? What documents are required to process my complaint further?

          I have been sold a course by ebiz.com on the pretext of it being a life changing set of professional courses and has ISO certification with no active cases on their company but after purchasing I have been constantly contacted by their representatives to add more people to this so that they can earn a referral bonus as well I can get a cut but eventually the company is a fraud and defrauded me for ₹16815 and now all I want is justice and refund for the same.
