Ebiz.com — Product of computer package of Rs. 15000

One of my friend's brother worked in a company called Ebiz. He was working there and made me joined the company (my friends also joined it). I had invested there RS. 15000 (basically they made me fool, somewhat they cheated me by winning my trust). I joined the course in 2017. Now I was compel to do that network marketing in which I was failed. After 3-4 months I had to join my Masters course and I needed that amount. I asked my friend if that amount can be refunded but she replied that the duration to get the said amount was almost 3 months which is now over.

So I want my money back because I need it very badly. What is the process of getting the amount back? What documents are required to process my complaint further?
