Ebookstyping — i have paid rs.299+99. job done but no payment

I have paid the said amount for them and i have also done work but now they have not approved the work also and there is no payment for that.. I got their link from quikr.. They are all cheating. First off all we don’t have work and no money in this situation if we get cheated like who is responsible.. I just saw now that so many people have complained against them but the government has not taken any action against it. Is the government also mingled with them.? Please help us.
