I am carrying this comment from another similar complaint - by the same person - under the name NJJC (could not post in own name).
I find this complaint very absurd and full of negativity. It seems to be a work of enmity rather than raising a genuine concern. I have worked with eBorn and Satish personally and can vouch for integrity and genuinity of both.
The complainant is wrong on many fronts here:
1. Putting out personal details of a company (offer letter, director's details) on public forum itself is not permissible legally.
2. This is a CONSUMER forum and the complainant in no way is a CONSUMER. It clearly has been posted to vent out and malign the image of a person and company. eBorn and Satish can very well take legal course against the person if they wish to.
3. If it was a fraud - did the complainant lodged a complaint with the police? If yes, why not share the details when the company's offer letter is shared? if no, WHY NOT if the story told by the complainant is genuine?
4. Why did complainant not use his real name on this forum? Why hide behind fake names and bring down people?
I am hereby openly inviting the complainant to reach out to me with the real facts and if there is any truth in it, I will support him unconditionally. If not, MAN UP and delete this irresponsible message from this forum.
My message to young people is - Life is not as rosy and you expect it to be! People build companies and personal reputation with years of hard work and efforts. Do not act like crazy and try to hurt them - if they pursue it legally, you will find yourself in real trouble. So, take the right path and live life with respect.

I saw this company's job posting a found this in my google search, The applicant does seem like he posted this out of spite but the Terms for the company asks for a 3 year bond which is Illegal under the Indian constitution and an absurd amount of 2.5 lakh . If you think it's normal then you are part of the problem. The person posting this complaint has saved my time applying to this firm, so Thank You.
A formal letter of appointment shall be issued one month after your joining the organization.
1. During the probation period, your employment is terminable at any time, without assigning any reason with 48 hour notice in writing. ( Incredible 48 Hours ...WOW !!!)
2. From date of joining, your notice period would be 3 clear months
from date of notice. If you leave the services of the company without the
requisite three-month notice, then we will be entitled to recover from you an
amount equivalent to three month's salary in lieu of the notice period. We will
also be entitled to adjust such amount from any amounts which may be payable to
you by us.
3. A background check may be conducted by us to screen you for possible
criminal records, substance abuse and to ascertain other facts mentioned by
you. In case of discrepancy, the company reserves the right to cancel your
appointment. If, at any time in future, it comes to light that any of this
information is incorrect or any relevant information has been withheld, then
your employment is liable to be terminated without notice.
4. In case you give resignation or abscond from the job for any reason
before the expiry of “Bond Period” of 3 years, you shall pay a Rs. 2, 50, 000/-
to the “The Company” on account of breach of this agreement. This is the cost
incurred by “The Company” for training you and passing over business specific
knowledge necessary for the project you will be working on. You shall be
required to give a cheque of Rs.2, 50, 000/- (without any date) in favour of
“eBorn Consulting Pvt. Ltd” at the time of signing this agreement. eBorn
Consulting Pvt. Ltd shall be authorized to deposit the said cheque into its
bank account in case you leaves the office before the expiry of “Bond Period”,
however the said cheque will be returned to you by the company on completion of
Bond Period.
What kind of company this is !!! Never Join this company ...
