This is to bring to your kind notice that I am not at all satisfied with the services of Ecareerpro, in fact I am frustrated, because there has been a huge gap between what was committed by Ecareerpro at the time of registration and what has they delivered post registration (Once the Payment was made (4500/- for Registration and 12500/-Rs for verification).
The first time when a representative of Ecareerpro called me in the month of October-2016, I was reluctant to register but they convinced me saying that I would not be required to pay anything as they get paid in huge sum on the successful recruitment of the candidate from the Recruiting company and they further said that It would be in the interest of the Ecareerpro to get me recruited ASAP. Once I agreed to register, I was said that I need to pay a nominal fee of 4500/-Rs towards registration, It would be a one time fee and I would not be required to pay anything else after this.
soon after I paid 4500/- Rs towards registration, next day I got a call from Ecareerpro that There are 3 Singapore Based companies (Biotech Ltd, Singapore, Beacons Pharma, Singapore, Inova Pharmaceuticals, Singapore) which are interested in my profile but they are first asking for the verification of My Documents and I would be required to pay additional 12500/-Rs towards this verification, which is refundable. I refused to pay saying that you guys have said that I would not be required to pay anything further. At this the clarification which I got from the representative was that, not all but There are few companies who ask for verification so we had not told you about this fee, but since the companies who are interested in your profile, are the companies who ask for verification and therefore I would be required to pay 12500/-Rs.
after I made the payment of 12500/- towards Verification, The next day I got a call from a representative of Ecareerpro, who first congratulated me then started saying that I would be further required to pay around 10000/-Rs towards a digital profile creation, at which I got angry and told him that I am not going to make any further payment and I need my refund of the total payments made. Hearing this, He got to know that now I would ask for refund, he said its not necessary, without digital profile also it can be managed.
After that, I have hardly received any call from Ecareerpro, In fact for last 2 weeks I have been trying to contact them on two given no[protected] and +91-[protected]) but have not been able to do so. On 5th Dec-2016, I called on the mobile no and found that mobile was switched off so I called on[protected], A customer support lady picked up the call and took down my no and said that she would pass on my no to relevant team and they would call me. but I didn't receive any call on 5th Dec so again on 6th Dec-2016, i called on the same no and same thing happened, they took my no but no body has called me till now.
During registration, whatever was said regarding 3 companies being interested in my profile was all fake, it was told just to convince me to make the payment after that I never heard about those companies from your side.
Looking at all these facts, I feel that Ecareerpro has cheated me, and therefore I should not continue my relationship with EcareerPro.
ON 7th Jan-2017, EcareerPro informed me that they have initiated the process of refund and I would be getting 11900/- Rs as refund within 20-25 days.
I waited till 10 feb-2017 but didn't recive my amount or even any information from Ecareerpro.
on 11th Feb-2017, I again contacted them through mail (As I was not able to reach them through the conatct no provided to me, one contact no is switched off and the other is always busy), and told them that I have not received my amount yet, then they got up from their slumber, and I got a mail that my amount has been refunded but the amount will get credited to my account in next 7-8 days.
I want my money ASAP.
