Hi, This is about Real estate company ECNON. Then say they have project on Yamuna express way KING'S COURT. I have invested in this project and was fooled by them as there is no project by this name even they dont have any land for making this project. I bought 1 Studio appartment and paid them 10L. I was introduced to the director kovid batra who is sitting there to fool everyone. He has stoped picking up my calls. I not geting returns for last 6 Months and they are not giving refund also. Concern authority or governing body must take an action otjerwise this will be another big fraud in Noida. Owner of the company is NEERAJ SHARMA KUSHAL RATHI IF ANYONE HAS THEIR CONTACT NO. PLS SHARE THESE 2 GUYS ARE THE BIGGEST FRAUD/CHEATER. THEY DONT MEET ANYONE INDEED GAURD DONT ALOW ANYONE TO ENTER IN THEIR OFFICE PEOPLE WHO ARE SUFFRING PLS REPLY. I also have same issue. invested 7 lac more than 1 year now.
first they show land that not even in their name, then tell in 3 month booking start.
But more than 1 year... almost 2 year now may complete
my money lost!
don't know what to do... where to approach.
the related person not pick the phone... I totally lost my hard earned money got waste...
Anyone booking in Ecnon king court please make sure 3 times... to check.
1. land registry paper they have?
2. check with yamnuna / noida authority.
3. google with keyword like: Ecnon group king court yamuna complaint
4. Take enough time and go to the land and yourself visit it and spend quite enough time to verify it.
5. Meet Ecnon persons in office and make reality check.
6. if they give any "luring" or great offer do not fall prey to it.

They are big Frauds, specifically Rathi Brothers and Kovid Batra. They are making fool o[censored]s. I have also invested in the project on Yamuna Expressway Kings Court. Now, these cheaters are selling Farm Houses sec 151 in the name of Sports Land with one more Partner named Bharat Sharma. Please guys be aware of these cheaters. They are big burglars. Both of their projects are illegal.
