This company is completely fraud. Since 2014 this company employ called me and told that company has recently purchased a land in vaishali near atal chowk and they will launched this project dewali 2014 but after 6 month they have not launched project in this regard when i reached ecnon builder office they give me false commitment that project will lunch 100% but after 2 month situation is same then every month i go to ecnon office and request...

Hi,

This is a complaint against ecnon builder who has fooled the customers by showing fake collaterals and fake land.
It all started in year 2013 and till date whenever we call mr. Nandlal singh (Cfo) and ms. Sweta, they have a standard reply..."koshish kar rahey hai".

Would request you to please take necessary strict actions and get our hard earned money back from these people.

Ecnon took rs19 lakhs from me with a promise to pay interest till possession and since six months they don't pickup phone nor they respond to emails.
I paid everything though cheque.
whenever i go delhi i go to their office but they don't allow to meet anybody.i hve all the records with me which i can upload on your web site if required.
i need urgent help in this regard

I invested around 8 lack Rs in Ecnon kings court yamuna expressway more than 1 ~ 2 year ago. They are just getting booked flat by innocent customer showing fake land piece and showing them well made office and big dreams.
I lost my money. I want my money back they had promised me to return my money with interest but now they are not responding me.
its my whole life saving. Please help me,

I invested around 6~8 lack Rs more than 1 ~ 2 year ago. Now still no info... what is progress etc. not know.
It was told that it is "pre-soft" launch and in 3 month booking will start... but now around more than 1 year pass...
even the concerned person not pick the phone.
when they lure you, then many persons meet you and show the land that they not even acquired...
but when you try to check progress no one pick...

This ECNON Residency Buildcon whose bran ambassador is Anil Kapoor, they are fraud they do not have any past experience in this field.They are just getting booked flat by innocent customer showing fake land piece and showing them well made office and big dreams.The piece of land that they showed even that was not own by Ecnon.They are doing real estate like a scoundrel person because when I asked them to refund my paid amount they gave threats to trap me in false cases.After two years of its launch still they do not have any piece of land at Yamuna Expressway but still spending a lot of money on advertisement to trap and collect lacs of rupees.No doubt some day will they shut down their offices and flew away. I have sued them civil case to recover my money.It is issue it public interest be away from ECNON builder do not go on ANIL KAPOOR face

Hi, This is about Real estate company ECNON. Then say they have project on Yamuna express way KING'S COURT. I have invested in this project and was fooled by them as there is no project by this name even they dont have any land for making this project. I bought 1 Studio appartment and paid them 10L. I was introduced to the director kovid batra who is sitting there to fool everyone. He has stoped picking up my calls. I not geting returns...

my name is aditya pal singh, i was employer of ecnon group which is a realestate builder group whose office is in mayur vihar phase 1 . i worked here for about 4 months and they told me to resign at the end of october 2014on 30 october and i resighned following their orders but they told me that they will give the salary for october month, but till today this is march 2015 and i havent received my salary of 23000//-- which is not a huge amount for them. i have called the company so many times they always tell that they will give but till now they havent given me the salary.they ordered me to resighn without giving prior information to me .and so i was not able to search other job and i was not able to maintain my expenses as i was not having job as well as money and till now i am jobless and its very difficult to live in city like delhi. when ever i used to contact a lady director of office she always treat me like a fool .and they always say that they are having money problem but i dont know where is the money problem for them if they are partying and having foreighn trips so why cant they give the salary of 23000 which might be a vey less amount for them . pls its a request that pls look after this complaint and take neceesary action against them so that they can give me salary
