Economic Times — News paper non delivery

For last 12 days I am not supplied Eco times and when contacted your Regional distributor /manager, mr.Subramani promised to revertback, twice, but no return calls. He seems to be a man in Hurry and not really bothered to listed to complains and said please contact local vendor. Local vendor says he can solve and only Mr. Subramani cal resolve, as this is a price issue by the Publisher.
Can you please cl, arify why are CONSUMERS SUFFERING FOR NON SUPPLY OF A LEADING DAILY, for want of internal lack of decision making. Please continue supply
