I am a resident of Flat 501, Rainbow Heights, Road number 8, Kakatiya Hills, Madhapur, Hyderabad and have subscribed for ET newspaper from First week of May.( Mon-Fri only).We live in the fifth floor of the apartment. We have many times noticed that the delivery guy puts the paper on the road ( which eventually lands into the adjacent gutter/ paper leaves spread on the entire road/opposite side...

As seen in the below appened mail Rs2880 already paid
However when I updated app today membership got inactivated
How does reputed magazine like ET does to it subscriber is unimaginable

Please restore my et prime membership immediately

Mail sent to crm for change of address and requested delivery to the same. Confirmation mail rec stating paper will delivered from 16th May 21 onwards, till date not rec. Tried reaching the customer care executive. After hearing whole history simply cutting down the call

Worst service ever happened.

I subscribed to economic Times yearly subscription paying the amount, but i haven't recieved the newspaper yet, i live in heart of the city. Don't know what's wrong with them.

Subscription for 6month done and payment of rs.975 paid. Till now no papaer delivered yet and response from the customer care too

Even mailed to customer care mail id still no response

Kindly help to resolve

I booked a jet airways flight in april 24, 2019, from bombay to delhi through make my trip. (Pnr - jcuzng, booking id - nf[protected])
I called make my trip, the first number i found online. That guy asked me for the card details i had booked the ticket on. He also asked for my cvv, which i did not give. Then he asked for the otp, which we gave. He debited 20, 000, 10, 000 and 20, 000 rupees from my account. I cut the call to get my account frozen. He called back and mom asked him why he did that. He cut the call.

I have renewed my subscription in the month of april for current subscription ending on 15/6/19. But till date i have not received the subscription coupon. My vendor would require this coupon on 15/7. I have tried to contact et several times but every time it is promised through a recorded voice that i would be called back but nobody called so far. Till date the newspaper has not yet started although Mr. Sandesh Raut has promised us that it will start from 1st March 2018, When It has not started in March from your Newspaper vendor, we have again contacted him and he said that it shall be started by April 1st.. and till date we are just chasing Mr.Sandesh Raut for the same. We have asked him to give us the customer care no.for which he has never give us the same and always told to wait for few days.

We need Economic times to start at our location.

The executive collected the cheque of 495 for the annual subscription of economic times instead of 399. The cheque got got cleared in march but the subscription has not started yet. Whenever i call the executive he does not pick up the call. The crm are always clueless who seems to no information at all. Most of the time someone pick up the call and say that all the executives are busy attending other calls but we are hear people talking in the background. When i spoke to them last i was told that i had requested a refund though i never requested anything like that. I have received coupons also.

I have subscribe for 1 yr Economic times for which I have paid through the cheque. The cheque got cleared on 11th of April 2017. The subscription to be started on 15th of April. But not yet started.
I have tried the Marketing person who came home and collected the cheque. He told he will be informing the agent.
After this he didn't pick even the call.

I called the Times CRM office. They told they will be looking into it and inform me. They are also clueless and doesn't want to help in this regard.

Again I have written an email to the CRM, Which is not even acknowledged by them.

Very very pathetic way of dealing the subscribers.

Hi, me and my neighbour residing in chennai had subscribed for et for an year during march'16 by paying rs 399/- each through their executive and we also got the subscription confirmation letter stating our subscription id's respectively. We were supposed to recieve our copies by 1st of april..We have not recieved it yet and when checked with their chennai office they ask for 24 hrs time to solve the issue right april onwards... I even screamed at them today but thier answer is again just asking me to wait for another 24 hrs just to xt level... Only god knows what is happening in their office.

Hi Team, We have paid the yearly subscription of RS 399 for the Economic Times, however have not been recieving the daily newspaper. May please note the subscription no issued was [protected]. We tried contacting the customer care no[protected] provide to us for assistance, however, it just keeps going on voice recorder and is of no avail. For the past two weeks I am not getting the Economic times news paper. On complaint to your office, the person assured me delivery after taking details. But, unfortunately till date I am not getting the paper. Mr. Ramasamy of Thoraippakkam is the Agent.

I hope atleast now you will take action for delivery...

I have subscribed for the Economic Times, the copies were supposed to be started to deliver from 1st of August, however, we even got the message however the delivery has not yet been started. Even last time it was the same. I want my copies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd as well, i do not want any extension because nobody remembers. Would appreciate if this is answered asap. On 18th April 2013, a cheque of Rs 399/- was debited from my HDFC Bank(cheque no. 498914) in the name of "TRAN-BCCL" which i have given to my newspaper vendor for subscribing 1year Economic times for me.Since then 10 Months have passed but still i didn't get any Coupon or any voucher. Few days ago from my newspaper vendor i came to know that someone else is using my Coupon and so he started asking money from me. (around Rs 1100/-).I am surprised to know that how anybody else can use my coupon !!! He also told me that in courier company record it is mentioned that the coupon was received by me ( Manish Singh) !!! I request you to kindly help me to get my coupon back. Complaint No. 789107 dt. 05h Sept. 2013 With reference to my above Service request on dated 05th September, 2013, I would like to bring to your notice that the following Subscriptions were expected to start from 01st September 2013 onwards, but as of today I have not received any of them. The Economic Times (Monday to Friday) Order No. : 6529444 The Economic Times (Sunday) Order No. : 002011 I would also like to bring to your notice that yesterday when I called that sales representative Mr. Jayanta on the same mobile number given by him (at the time of subscribing the form), I was entertained by a lady saying that Mr. Jayanta is not an authorised representative of M/s. Economic Times / TOI. Customer Care personal was not sure how soon they start delivering the Paper to my home. The Subscription Amount has already been deducted from my account, but still haven't recieved any feedback from TOI Group. I would like to cancel the subscription & get my money back. Please suggest. Apparently, the only newspaper vendor at Gharda Circle at Ajade Corner, Kalyan Road, MIDC, Dombivli (E), stopped delivering home a copy of Economic Times from yesterday i.e. from 15.08.2013. Earlier also he was not keen to oblige to my request to switch to ET on 1st August. On two occasions, he didn't give supplements - CD & Travel, which I just brought to his notice. On 14th August, he gave soiled paper (front totally soiled). I took the copy to him to get replaced, he said not to purchase from him and stopped delivery, knowing no other vendor is around. He decided unilaterally, then I had no say.

Can not understand why such a small issue of replacing soiled paper was given such a response of stopping delivery.

We have paid Rs.175/- for one year subscription through cheque no 472193 dated 30/04/2011 of Saraswat Co-op. Bank Ltd. of Malad west Branch. To. BENNETT. COLEMAN & CO. LTD. and on 13 th July 2011 said cheque was encashed / paid through my saving account.

We further would like inform you that we have given cheque to your Vendor Name Mr. Bhaskar staying at Charkop.

I Affan Shaikh had subscribed Economic times for a year from my college. I was getting the copies but since last month i am not getting my economic times copies. I called ur office 3-4 times but i am getting no response from your side. Is this how you treat your customers?
Now the next time I have to subscribe I have to think twice before i subscribe. The person who attends the call says we will call you later but no one ever calls back. I have paid money and my money is going waste as I am not getting the value for my money, I am not getting my economic times Copies. I would really like the person in concern to look into the matter.
