[Resolved] Ecpp Assistance Service — service activated without my permission | |||
Hello there I received sms from axis bank tha rs 1649 is due for payment on 01/01/19 on axis bank credit card 9386. Rs.1649 will be deducted from a/c 053347 as per auto debit request from my credit card to ecpp assistance service. Without my permission. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. 1st off all thanks for your favor to my complaint I received half amount but as this service is activated without informing me so please refund my full amount. And do appropriate action regarding this.

The ECPP plan has been activate even after i requested to cancel that, an amount of Rs.2199 has been charged unnecessarily in my credit card ending no 2889, can you please cancel the plan and refund the amount immediately, would you please do that.
