Ecsrtnchg Compaint — money is getting deducted under the name of ecsrtnchg

Hello,
Since 4-5 months a sum of 420-470 are more is getting deducted from my account. I am maintaining a minimum balance and a little more, but because of these deductions, all my minimum balance in the account got a clean sweep. I am not able to understand how can you deduct without informing the customer. I tried to call the icici customer care services and none of the customer service numbers are working, they ask me to call the other number which i already tried. Can you please tell me why my money is getting deduced and why i am not receiving any messages after that deduction.
