I have ordered apple watch series 4 through edealskart.com website and i gave cod option, then the representative called me for confirmation of order and then he said for first time customers they are giving offer of 2k and for that we have to pay money through netbanking and he sent the info thorugh watsapp, i asked him many questions and then finally i paid the amount 9990/- i have a screenshot also for this which i sent to him and he said i will get confirmation mail till night 9pm but i didn't receive till next day then i tried contacting him and he didnt respond back for messages even for the calls and i tried contacting to the phone no provided in the website but no one responds for that no i tried multiple times from multiple days no one picks up and i think this is a complete fraud and i lost my 10k bucks. I need my money back from them and this kind of fraud websites should be blocked and should not be used anymore and the people liable for this frauds should be punished severely so that they dont cheat people again. Then i realised there are 2 complaints registered on this website but still no action taken and the website is till alive. Please help us with getting our money back and by blocking that website so that we can prevent atleast other people from getting cheated from this frauds. Was this information helpful? |
