Edelweiss Tokio — criticare plan/ termination policy at the time of claim intimation

Please note company terminate the policy at the time of claim intimation. As per company i didn't disclose about my previous policy. But i told him this is my first health plan. But they didn't listen to me. Before issue the policy they completed every thing. Please help to resolve it. Company terminate the policy for non disclosure but i had not any plan related to health before the edelweiss.
