Sir, please help in my case i have done a lot of follow ups with the company they are not taking the complaint seriously and stating false facts.
I was ill treated and not provided proper service under my policy and misguided for taking the new policy. They couldn't provide promised services for which i withdrawn from both the policy but this involved my 2months time for which my money was used by their company i want an interest compensation they are denying the claim. I also shared total case history and sales persons involved they did not take any action against them and are shamelessly questioning me. Please interfere.
There was fund switch request which was pending with them which they could not complete and now they are saying they did not receive the request. This is completely wrong attaching the fund switch request form. Also attaching call with grievance team member who is least bothered about the case.
Also I had filed with IRDA complaints still they didn't investigated the case as I'm no more their customer. I request to please take the matter under your charge and take action in the matter.
