Sir, please help in my case i have done a lot of follow ups with the company they are not taking the complaint seriously and stating false facts.
I was ill treated and not provided proper service under my policy and misguided for taking the new policy. They couldn't provide...

Dear Sir/Madam,
I Ramdas Sarkate, I was agent with Edelweiss Tokio Life from 27th Nov 2018, my agency code EDTA39351.
I got form 1 c on January 13 th, 2023 from Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance Co. Ltd. and the status of my PAN is not updated on the IRDAI portal.
Kindly process the same and do the needful at the earliest as I am struggling to get it delinked from January 2023 and my code couldn't transfer to other Life Insurance Co. as my PAN status is showing Inforce with Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance Kindly change the status in IRDAI portal.

I have submitted my resign agency code A-43930 of Edelweisstokio life and 1-C form has been issued from their side on 01/02/2023 but the status is showing as inforce with previous company instead of resigned because the status did not change by the company on the irda website till this day even more than four months has been passed.

I have raised a ticket for surrendering my policy with Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance after two years of locking period was completed. After submitting all the forms and bank details. in of the follow up call of the policy surrender status i came to know that they have entered the wrong IFSC code. However, from last two year they have been debiting the premium on time from bank account. After submitting bank documents when i called again on Feb 14 to know the status a agent mentioned that the surrender value has been credit on Feb 8th and when i confirmed the bank account it was wrong bank account. On Feb 15 call again for status update and the agent mentioned that the i will be getting a call (not the money) within 5 business day. I called on 8th day since i did not received any calls from them. They refuse to give any answer on when can i receive the money and the agents is not transferring the call to manager as well.
After 1 hour agent told me the manager will call in half an hour and i have still not received any update or call from them it's been 3 days now.

Plz remove my pan number

Dear Sir,
I chanda wankhede, i have a license with Edelweiss tokio from dated 22/09/2014 with the license no.-EDT10213168 of agency business code A08305. I work as an irda agent for Edelweiss. Due to some personal reason, i would like to cancel my license and remove my URN number and wants to remove my PAN from pan lookup also. And provide me NOC ASAP.
I submitted my request at branch office on dated 07/09/2018 but still no action taken by branch manager mr. Umesh khandelwal([protected]). And no answer to my phone calls and not giving me any response
I want to remove my pan no. ACWPW0726D from irda portal and cancel my license and URN code from irda ASAP
Kindly do needful and provide me NOC ASAP

I have given a written confirmation to Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance to issue me NOC and remove my Pan card from Irda portal on 04/07/2017. But its still not done.

I want it do be done ASAP and want to join LIC.

Kindly help me to remove my Pan from IRDA portal ASAP.
