Eden City Maheshtala — unethical behaviour and bribery

We (My parents) own a flat in eden city maheshtala, kolkata. After serving the defense forces for 35 years he has bought this apartment for his retirement.
I ma extremely disappointed in them as when my parents moved there, they were harassed by the real estate admin team. The truck was not allowed to enter even after having a pass. And unloading of the luggage was not being allowed even though it was to be done in the designated area. As a govt. Officer my father understands that rules are there. But even after that he was being harassed and asked to pay money for letting the truck enter. For which there are no rules.
He was also not allowed and shouted at for getting the labour from the certified movers and packers. And the executive at the admin office at the complex, mr. Sanjeev ojha was asking for a bribe of rs. 12000/- just for letting the truck enter.

Not only that they also broke the seal for the truck which carried my father's private belongings. Where in he further harassed my mother and father by not letting them go out of their apartment and was very abusive and rude.

As retired govt. Officer and wife they just wanted to settle down peacefully but continued harassment has been making it difficult.

I would want termination this employee mr. Sanjeev ojha, mr. Bapp, mr. Arun, mr. Tanmoy who broke the seal and are liable for imprisonment/ refund for losses of thereof personal property under sec 441, criminal trespassing and under section 445 ipc for breaking in.
Also as he has been continuously hounding my parents for bribe, he is liable for being booked under ipc 1860, bribery act.

Require redressal under this, as i am writing to you as a harassed citizen.
