Ordered product : mi band 4 with earbuds

Dear sir/madam,
I have written 3/4th times to them for my case as there is no any customer no has been mentioned on their website.
I have ordered mi4 band through their website on 24th jan 20 having order no ds 16794 worth of 1439.00 rs.
The sale was of mi4 band along with ear pods free.
Upon receiving your courier through shipment no[protected] by dtdc on 28th jan 20, i got shocked that the mi band was missing in that package. Instead of that band one simple wire ear phone and one simple small speaker along with waste paper and tape roll were in that package. I can share the photographs of material received, comments given on dtdc courier after receiving the item.
It is requested to you, kindly arrange to send me the right product or refund my amount.
