My booking number is (Ids25645) on dated 1 march 2020, product name mi smart band 4 & tws mini earpod.

Today i got the packet from blue dart courier and when i open it, there is different product and it is duplicate (Local smart watch and earpod) in local market it cost like 100 rs. And in place of tws mini earpod i got a bluetooth speaker and its cost not more than 250.

I ordered jbl flip 3 bluetooth speakers & tws mini earpodes (Free) (Orders number ds24430), but i get very cheap quality speakers o[censored]nknown brand, i want to return it but they are not responding on my mails, and their contact number are not available on site. I already paid the money.
This site selling duplicate products, i want my money back.
Please take further action....

Dear team,

I have ordered a jbl speaker combo from edigisales company.
But when i receive the order it was not the jbl.
It was some chinease brand oud cheap speaker.
Request you to please help to get my money back as i had already pait rs. 1800 to them.

Request you to please help, now they are not replying on mail also there mobile no. Not visible.

I've contacted them for cancellation as i heard that the website is selling duplicate products from some of the buyers. But they didn't even bother to respond to my email. Some of the buyers already complaints about the same product. I've gone through the same and decided to send an email to them for cancellation. But they didn't respond....
