I, nina ghosh konar, own 100 shares of edserv softsystems ltd in my demat account with axis direct. I want to sell these shares asap, but edserv is unlisted. As per sebi, the ban is for 3 years. My concern is when the ban will be lifted. Please give me the exact date so i can sell these shares. Or else can the company buy back the shares? I am not looking for any monetary compensation from the company, my only intention is to close the demat account asap.
