Education Loan — bank of baroda

My name is jithesh babu from cochin, kerala. I had applied education loan (First week of december 2018) from bank of baroda through gyandhan (Bank of baroda, panampilly nagar, cochin & bank of baroda palarivattom branch).

I had submitted each and every document as requested by branch and all the legal valuation was done by advocate and branch manager (Palarivattom branch) for which i had paid an amount of 10, 900 rupees.

But today the sme manager told me that my loan cannot be sanctioned due to some irrelevant problems. He was telling land document problems, my age, problem with my work experience etc, etc. But for all the problems he had told i was having all the papers which is correct and legal.

We had given land worth 1 crore for a loan of 20 lakhs as guarantee.

And if am not able to join the class which starts on 14th of january 2018 the deposit of 3000 pounds which i have transferred to university will be lost.
