Education Loan — I haven't received the full subsidy of my education loan

When i checked the education loan subsidy amount, i can see an amount of rs. 1, 85, 000 disbursed to sbi in my name whereas the amount that i have received from sbi is only rs. 80, 000.
Kindly update me on the amount disbursed in my name and the amount actually received by me. I have gone to both canara bank and sbi multiple times but haven't got any clarity yet on the amount.
