Education Loan — interest percentage to increased compared to previous year

Myself Arun, I taken educational loan from central bank of India.At the end some amount came unfortunately I can't get at this time after some month I got job it is not enough to my commitment how I pay to bank.in this case I asked to bank I will pay monthly some amount but bank says u need to pay whole amount to particular date otherwise we take seviour action.please suggest me how to respond to bank
