I have availed an education loan from Central Bank of India under the Central Sector Interest Subsidy (CSIS) Scheme with moratorium valid till July 2025. My loan account number is [protected].

I am a staff of Central Bank of India, having locker account with Santoshpur Branch, Kolkata (B/O:3991), the branch has opened my locker in general public mode instead of staff mode on 24.11.2021 for which locker rent of Rs.2714/- was debited instead of Rs.575/-+GST. All my UPI transactions are getting debited from my account, either not reaching the recipient or getting failed. The money goes but does not come back till almost a week.
Ive been trying since yesterday to make payments, imagine depending on online payments and taking a cab home late at night, the bank server does not work. This has happened to me and I've had to borrow money because of Centra banks unreliable UPI servers...
