Education Loan — subsidy claim

I pursued education loan and completed engineering degree by 2016. After that i could not get any job. I went to a simple job which not suit my stream. I payed monthly 5k. I claimed for subsidy in canara bank. After that i did not get any subisidy from bank side. Even i checked subsidy status on canara bank subsidy there it is showing subsidy amount but i never get any subsidy from bank. I asked manager then he told me it will come from government side i can not do anything. I would like to tell you about my education loan. I have taken education loan from canara bank and amount is 2, 28, 000 rs. I never get any subsidy from bank even after submitted all documents related to loan.
