Education Minister, Maharashtra — complaint regarding office time in db science college gondia

Respected sir,
I am a student of DB science college gondiya.I this college the office time is 11am to 2 pm for students but our classes time is 8 am to 11am now if we want to fill addmission for 3 sem and i came for submitting my form from 150 km from the college and and on first day i hav arived at 1 pm and they were not ready to give my 1 sem marksheet and another day just to cheack the form is filled up correctly or not they said come tomorrow between 11 to 2 pm when i requested them so they use rough language I request you to please take proper action on this
The office time should be 8am to 2 pm either 11am to 5 pm
