Complaint against Customer Service of Symboisis:
Pathetic service. They disconnect the call without providing any solution. If you show your concern. They will start shouting on you instead of answering your query. Neel Kanth T was one of them. I am very very disappointed. I wish I could have joined any other university. I will never ever refer my friend to face the same. I will never recommend anyone to join. We pay Rs 20,000 amount in the starting of joining for our education without any question asked. This kind of behaviour is not acceptable at all.
