[Resolved]  symbiosis centre of distance learning — Enquiry for Refund

I have booked two subjects for online demand exam on 16-dec-2011 one for registration no.[protected] & other for registration no.[protected], but due to connection problem my SBI account has been debited on the said date and the subjects cannot be booked for exam. Also my account hasn't been credited for the same.

Kindly guide me on urgent basis how to book my subject. Will I have to again make the payment for the same or the amount wrongly debited from my account will be refunded to me.

The snapshot of the two transactions has been copied from my bank statement for your kind consideration.
