Educomp Solutions — not received the full and final settlement amount

Respected sir,
I have inform to you that, i my self dibyajyoti chowdhury, employment id.[protected]. I was employed at educamp solutions ltd. Since 01/02/2013 to 31/01/2019.
Sir, after left my job, i has not received the "full and final settlement amount rs 18966/- till that.
Why sir department has not give me the same amount till that.
So, that i have request your honour please look into the matter and solve my problem. This is for your kind information
