Educreation publishing claims to be "india's no. 1 self publishing house" as mentioned on their website home page and all their company branding. The source cited for this claim is a survey conducted by a company called "india self publishing network (Ispn)". However the company ispn is owned by educreation itself as confirmed from the ispn domain registration records and also information available on ispn website - http://www.indiaselfpublish.in/self-publishing-companies-in-india-survey. This is a big time fraud company . Never work with this company . The biggest liar is mr ankur tiwari who talks poliety when u inquire about there services and then they ignore u once u pay them . Big time fraud and liar conpany .

While we due respect your platform but we are worried as your efficient platform has been used by any of our competitor following cheap business tricks, who are now hard to find the business because of our strong presence. Since they are now not able to made cheat to worthy author by over charging them and making an open loot on the name of self-publishing, so they have started this cheap tricks.
Please look to the following facts of this review:-
1. We don't have any of our customer ever with this name of the profile who had made review. The profile Navika B that had made a review on your site has been created recently, it had no any other reviews yet, most probably it has been created to post reviews only about us.
2. India Self Publish Network (ISPN) is a voluntary independent organization and is run and managed by our CIS Partner organization, Mathematical Inventions Firm, its a non profit organization, so we made a donation to it and in return they had few sponsored links about us on their websites, we don't think that there is any legal complication of frauds on the fact, you can ask about the legal associations of ISPN directly by themselves, please find concerned details here: Website: www.indiaselfpublish.in, Email: [protected]@gmail.com
3. We have many other relevant and prestigious reviews also apart from ISPN, like that of India TV (which is one of the biggest Media Group of India, who had claimed us as 'Leader in Self Publishing'

4. On the pace where we just have no any issues because we know we are very much genuine on our business, we want just to made a reply over it.
5. The price and quality of service we offers to our authors are twice to thrice less then their offered prices, for some companies, it is almost 10 times less, so we believe that now they had left with no option other than posting this fake reviews on internet.
Apart from it the similar review is also posted with some other name on another platform on same date, so we completely suspects that this is the same person trying to misguide authors.

1. Providing additional details on the ownership of Educreation and ISPN. As per the domain registration records, the websites of both organisations (attached), belong to the same person (with mobile number - [protected]) as mentioned in the domain registration records.
2. Also, now that Educreation has accepted the fact that they had made a donation to ISPN, how can we expect a fair survey to be conducted? How many companies were contacted by ISPN for this survey? Who were the judges?
3. Coverage in any news website does not absolve the company of making a fraudulent and deceptive claim of being Number -1 self publishing house.

I too purchased a self publishing package package and paid 5150 rupees. they have sent the PIF form but I have doubts. I dialed their number the entire day but there was no response from their side. nobody picked up calls and nobody replied on email. I am worried now.

Have you got your book published and got royalty
My book has recently been published by educreation. They are reliable, fast, active and up to the mark. Don't worry.
Educreations is a Fraud company claiming falsely to be no. 1, evaluated by another website built by them. Recently they created one more website named evincepub to continue their activities. May be a lame attempt to start with another brand name as the previous one got busted.
Interestingly, see, what indiablooms.com is saying about them. I am just quoting them here - "Educreation is based out of Delhi and is said to have started operations in 2011. Allegedly after complaints by users regarding faulty services, it does not claim to be a self-publishing company."

I have got my debut novel SAFAR in Bengali published through this company last year. It's overall a very good experience. The amount they charge is just negligible in comparison to other self publishing houses like notionpress, bluerose etc. Their print quality is superb.
The complain that after ordering Author copies, they don't respod is beyond my belief. I hve got my ordered 20 author copies a few days back beautifully printed, packed and dispatched by speed post.
Yes, they have some front office lady executives who need to be trained in answering to the queries of authors/customers. Otherwise the cheapest and the best company so far my experience goes. Pls don't go by the negative responses. Any author can can get their services. The words 'Cheat' etc. are exaggerated.
