I have paid the full amount for the publication of my book ERN: SLS24440R - ಹೃದಯಮತ್ತು ಹೃದಯದ ಅಸ್ವ ಸ್ಥ ತೆಗಳು about six months back. At that time they promised me that the book will be published within 4 to 6 weeks. Even after six months the book is not published. I have sent several emails but I didn't receive any replies. Recently I sent several emails, they were not received by them, I get replies that the "ADDRESSEE is not found.

I paid Rs 16, 000 for publication of my three books including SKU codes 12229 E, 12244E and 12245 E but the books were not published nor amount refunded to me.

I have sent my book for publishing with SKU Code book12220E but haven't recieved any information even after payment and a wait for 8 months

I have placed the order online of as book(ANIMAL SCIENCE REFRESHER) through the website on 22 December 2021 and completed the payment through UPI ..Its been nearly 2 months neither any update regarding the order nor confirmation message has been received by me..
Contact number mentioned is not available..their website is also not responding…
The amount i paid is ₹533 (PhonePe UPI)

I signed a contract with them in August paid the while amount. But after a few months they aren't replying to me. They're website and social media handles are also unreachable and phone number is switched off. I am really pissed at them.

it became 3 months that my book is dealt with your company...

it is very sad to say that I have not got my copies till date...if really you are the authentic company ..then you have to give me copies of book in any way..

otherwise in the market many publishers are there to publish..

it is a mistake or a blunder to go with your company...what do you feel...its my hardest part to face the difficulties in my part...please reply quickly.

I ordered the book from Educreation Publishing but book is not deliver to me

I submit my story (Kishan Lal) for book publish to educreation publication and pay for publish my book in September 2021 and then they didn't recieve my calls and reply on my message. Now in December 2021 She (Anjali Verma) replied me on my WhatsApp Messenger that their printing factory is temporary closed so they are unable to print/publish book.

I agree that everyone facing problem after the pendemic situations and I understand that how to establish the things/factory again. I just want to ask that why they're hide from me the book's payment time that their printing factory is temporary shut off.. Now, they are giving the excuses about the factory.

Is this good to take money and book publishing material to anyone when Educreation Publication (Anjali Verma) unable to do work?

I just want my work done or get back my money with an agreement that my written material will be safe. I wrote that story from last two years this is my two years hard work.
Now, their website is not working and phone also switched off. They'll excuse the reason behind is pendemic but I want my money back.

On 27 august, i submitted my manuscript for publication through inkarta publishing, package rs. 9000. Last saturday i sent to them my submission duly corrected on the interior text format. They received it and wrote me to wait for 24-48 hours for further update. When i tried to contact them today afternoon, nobody attended to my call. Such a thing happened on an earlier occasion, few days back in the case of the same book.

I am afraid, i find them somewhat casual and not client friendly. If there is a communication gap at their end, deliberately or not, how can the publishing process go further? Already a fortnight has elapsed since my submission, the book is yet to be published, and i am afraid, my experience here, is not satisfactory.
Please look into the matter and expedite the publishing of the book, "time war — mission t, sku book4201e.

Respected sir, i have published my book named" short tricks and tips in chemistry' by educreation publishing, inkart publication. According to their commitment, they were supposed to pay me author's royalty. They have sold many books by amazon and many other sources but they are not paying me and replying me. Please sir do the needful in this matter.

When signing the contract to publish the book, the company makes big claims about services they would provide in the quoted price. However, apart from publishing the book they failed to provide most of the other services covered in the contract.
They passed on the responsibility of listing the book on Amazon back to the author, failed to get it listed with Ingram International Publishers and failed to develop the website for the book.
And the worst thing they became abusive when being pursued on failure to provide these services.
Communication with them is a nightmare as you are just blocked from talking to anyone senior by the service desk.
Very disappointing experience of my publishing my first book.

Paisa dene ke baad kavi v publish kar denge bol ke aab natak kar rha hai. Ek garib student se 4500/- rs. Leke kaha ja sakte hai ye company.. Aapna district police station me dia hua fir ka copy me following jagah par v dunga. 1. Copy to delhi police
2. Copy to local dc office
3. Copy to chahttisgarh police....
So kindly kal tak mera book publishing ka kam start kar djiye mai kucch nhi karunga. Thnk u

I signed a contract with Educreation publishing to publish my book "Develop Health and Inner Peace Through Meditational Yoga" and provided them a print ready script along with my own design front and back cover. Apart from actual printing of the book they failed to deliver many of the services that were included in the contract. The dashboard never shows the number of copies sold which I know there have been.
There is no way of getting through to talk to anyone senior in the company. In the end I decided to terminate the contract with them.

Would not recommend anyone to do business with them.

Non payment of royalty and supplying waste books after accepting the payment in advance.. My book shelter of the golden rosrewood was published in march, 2017 but neither details oif sale have been furnished to me nor even a single paisa has been paid to me as royalty so far. Above all, waste books were sent to me after receiving the payment in advance but the are refusing to replace the old books.

Hello! Firstly my name is onkar singh batra and i published my book with educreation publishing.
My book is "when the time stops". My sales report (Real) is 20 books and i am unable to see a single sale report on my author dashboard & they need amc (Annual maintenance cost) rs-1000 per year to show my book on seller sites. Mainly the kdp are free-of-cost (Amazon) & googlebooks are also provide free publishing service and bookscamel is governed by their own, they also deduct 85% of my royalty then how can this publishing good for authors...

I am author of the book :Surviving Stress" Book code SKU 870E published by your publishing house. Ihad sent a requisition fro 50 author copies on 2 sep 18. The email corresponding to it was sent on 6 Sep 18 by your customer care center; payment was completed and after payment form was filled on 13 Sep 18. I have yet to receive my author copies. I am tired of giving call on the numbers provided. with great difficulty on my 10 or 12 call I could find out that the payment has been done but no information as they have not received any after payment form. I have sent after payment form twice yet the customer care has no clue. They deny any email from my side though I have records of all the emails sent by me which have been successfully delivered.
I am very harassed and still have no clue regarding the 50 author copies I had asked. I have decided not to engage in any business with this company thereafter and would advise others too to exercise caution.
