My name is Nidhi Jindal. I had enrolled myself in Aug., 2020 for CPA. And immediately within a week of enrollment, i had informed to Mr. Uday and Nupur to process my refund. And they keep saying it is under process but its been an year almost, still i am not getting my refund.
Neither he is responding on my emails nor he has been pickingup my phone. However, not attending a single class edupristine had deducted a amount of 11000 rupees against the paid money. This was really upsetting while making the payment your volunteers are very good but at the time of releasing they put charges illegally without any sense. I hadn't take any classes and not receiving any physical study material than why they have been deducting my money without any reason, ever after informing them very soon about my issues.
Apart from the above, i was agreeing to have my difference amount back of around rs.22000 as they were strictly denied for my whole refund.
According to them i have to wait for 90 days more for getting my refund and the TAT date was 2nd feb., 2021 however after completing my TAT period on 2nd May, 2021. They had not refunded.
Again i started chasing them for the same then they start giving excuses and said my money will be releasing soon it is on the top in his clearing refund list. Since then i am keep emailing them they have not coming back to me .Now, he has also not picking up my phone.
I would kindly request you to please help me or guide me what should i do or where should i go for getting my money back, its a very painful journey that i am coming in contact of edupristine.
I thought it was a good organization but now my point of view has completely changed even i give him an option to settle the amount with my friend's fee. I have provided them the reference for settling my amount against her fees. But they were not agreeing over anything. They said that they can only refund in Sep., 2020

Hi Manss! I have been going through the same thing you have been going through with the refund from Edupristine. I thought they were a very well reputed and good company as well. I have all the emails they have sent me for the refund as well and telling me it would get refunded for sure within 90 days, and then 6 months later, they said 120 days and it just goes on. And it's really hard to go through this. I initiated my refund more than a year ago and still have no received it. It's so difficult to get a response from them as well. I received an email from them in September saying that it would be refunded. It has now been 4 months, and still no refund. Did you get your refund by any chance?
