Hi, I decided to pursue acca and enquired about acca from Edupristine then I liked the offer and decided to the half payment now and remaining payment after a month but after the payment the salesperson said to me that all the details will be emailed to me. I waited for 2 days and got the email in which there was contact no of 2 person for any queries and doubt. I waited for the few days for classes to strat or any update from there side but there was no response so i tried to contact on no. they have provided but no one ever picked my call then i also tried to contact with the sales[erson form which i got all the information but he is also not replying or picking up my call

I enrolled for FRM course in March 2024 as i am planning for November exam. Once i paid the money full Rs.28000 in march i was given access to their system. The sales peraon asked me to ho through previous videos and i watched one video but i disnt find the way of teaching good and decided to cancel my enrolment.
The sales guy requested to attend first class and then decide so I attended the 1st class. Now the problems

First I have complained about my CMA LVC classes as the instructor was not good and after that I was unable to join the class as I was not sure if I'll be able to pay 85k more for CMA exams.
I first asked to stop my loan EMI to them as I am not availing their any services and paying monthly EMI which is a huge burden for me.
As they were not agree so I suggested them to switch my CMA certification with any other financial certification course and Udai told me that he will call me back.
Now Its been a month and I am calling Udai and Ujair both and no one is picking up my calls. My emails are already not responded by Edupristine teams.
This is totally unacceptable and causing mental harassment to me.
I already mentioned in my prior mails that I am keeping all tracks of my emails and watching how irresponsible Edupristine consultant teams are which seems not liable at all after putting me in a loan liability of 76000 which have already been paid to Edupristine.

I had taken a classroom course by paying 40000 in 2019. Because of Covid they said will later provide classess. It's been 2022 they are not ready to process a refund for the class I have never attended. I am from a lower middle class family. That's money paid with great difficulty. I feel like crying. No one from Edu pristine are helpful. Please someone help me

I have enrolled with Edupristine in October for ACCA but till date not even my registration is being done. I have called Edupristine multiple times and even mailed countless number of times. But till date I am unable to get proper response. Plz help me with my refund of Rs.50000

I have enrolled with Edupristine for acca Course and during the time of enrollment i was promised that the class Timings will be from 10am to 3pm and suddenly now they are changing Timings and telling me that this was already mentioned during enrollment. If I’m criticising now I clearly would have criticised during the time of enrollment too that I’m not comfortable with such timings. I was completely misguided with this important information and their support staff are denying this fact and cannot even professionally handle the situation. Their support staff know nothing about how to solve queries to talk to their students. They told me that timings are fixed only according to the students if that was the case why wasn’t i asked if i was comfortable with the Timings? Never come across such classes who only misguide students without giving them relevant information. This is a student’s career in jeopardy and no classes should misguide students with providing irrelevant and inaccurate information. I dont want to be associated with this institution and i would like to have a refund

As I read the previous reviews from various students across the country, most of the reviews are relatable to my situation that I too had paid around 60000 for my knowledge level (acca) and 12000 for shifting from online to offline classes. I got the same reply as the offline classes in chennai are cancelled and I didn't get any update regarding that. Now it makes me think that I lost my money as many o[censored]s have faced this problem from them. I can't connect to the support team. They made numerous calls before the payment and after that they aren't responding properly. I am from chennai.If anybody got their money refunded kindly please do reply.

Edu pristine takes the money and then they switch off their phones, the faculties come and show random screen and log off. I request you to please stop this institute from fooling students. EDUPRISTINE IS A SCAM. I paid rS. 28000/- to them, and in the first week since they were not being professional, I asked for a refund and from that time they refuse to pick my calls.
REFUND OF STUDENT FEE MONEY PAID

I have been in touch with Edupristine(Mumbai) since January 2021 and have started my classes from April. Before paying fees they made number of promises. After the fees are paid they don't even care what difficulty are we facing. I can't even connect to them. They don't even pick call and dont even care to call back. They have taken higher lesser fees from everyone for same course. I have paid 35100 while other have paid 22000. They already knew I am getting prepared for Feb attempt. The new curriculum was updated in June. This is September end going on still they haven't started any batches for 2022 curriculum. They had even ask me 2000 more for updated books. They don't care about future of students they only know to run their money making machine

It has been 5 months since they promised me for a refund but till now...they give the reason that cash flow is not goood we do not have money...this is a completely fraud institute cheating students with huge amounts of money

I had enrolled for CFA Level 1 course with Edupristine in the month of March.
On 11th of may my refund procedure began and they said it would take 90 working days but unfortunately I haven’t received my refund yet. Been around more than 6 months.

I have enrolled for financial modeling course with the institute Edupristine but they made a mistake and enrolled me for Mumbai batch while i was supposed to join the class in pune. So i could not attended the class and applied for refund on January 2020 and they confirm the same on mail. Its been for than 10 months and i have not received any refund from them. They are continuously delaying the refund process kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue

Edupristine has even stopped replying to my calls, emails now. Is this the way, to deal with the students?
So in my case i paid fees for 5 subjects (87750k) in the last week of june because i was told that the new batch will start in july as soon as possible.. But it didn't start. When i asked for it they said it will start in july end. Even then i stayed calm. When i enquired again they said the new batch will start from 2nd august. I still didn't say anything. But till then i didn't receive the soft or hard copy of the books which they said will be given earlier. As the lecture started for one subject.. I attended 2 of them and didn't find it helpful and satisfying at all. So i asked my refund for all the subjects as i didn't wish to continue with edupristine at all. And after several requests on calls, emails the answer is still ' edupristine don't offer refund policy '
Am i demanding something wrong?
I even told them that cut your taxes/service charges and refund me the rest.
As i have taken nothing but only 2 lectures without study material.

And inshort in this case i am eligible for refund because edupristine delayed the batch for more than 1 month, which you can't deny.
Have a look at your refund policy please.
I am repeating this again and again.

I know the fees can be refunded after cutting your charges of maximum rs.6000/-

My cpa fee refund is pending from more than 100 days.
Total cpa refund agreed with edupristine was rs 20000/-.
I have received an email from them, mentioning i will getting refund within 90 days.
But still their is no clarity, we are again & again following up with concerned customer folks.

Please help me in getting my refund. This is my hard earn money & i am following up with them from last 4 months.

Hello Team, this is with reference to the EduPristine Classes for FRM. Due to family issue I was not able to continue and I had also filled the Refund form as well as suggested by there representative Ashinta.

I received mail in January 2020 from EduPristine saying that I'll be recieving the refund amount in 90 working days but still I have not received and I have sent them lot of mail now on [protected]@edupristine.com

The Refund amount is approx 13000/- and I am worried about whether I'll recieve it or not.

Please see to this and please ask EduPristine to call me or get this refunded.

Hello team,

This is with regard to ticket id_513411 on which there is a mail trail going on from last 4 months. The refund amount is not yet received and as said on email that i will be receiving it in 90 working days but still its not recieved. It's now 4 months from filling the refund form and your representative ashinta had told me that i'll be recieving the frm course study material as well but no update on it as well.
Hope to get this concern to be looked by you on priority and release the refund amount and provide the frm study material. As you know it's tough to cope up with ongoing situations, please get it done as i am in badly need of money. If required any more information please call me on [protected]

1. I enquired about acca course and contacted ms. Harlene, their coordinator at connaught place, regal building office, new delhi who asked me to deposit an amount of rs. 1, 58, 850/- after which only i could attend the classes for june, 2019 exam. As advised, i deposited the entire amount of rs. 1, 58, 850/- on february 11, 2019.

2. However, after depositing the amount i was shocked to find that there were no classes for june exam. When i contacted edupristine, i was told that ms. Harlene had left edupristine and was asked to talk to their another counsellor ms. Hetal about the same. I was advised to plan my studies for september, 2019 exam as there were no classes for june, 2019 exam.

3. On february 19, 2019 i talked to hetal and told her that i had been lured into depositing the money by misleading the facts and i wanted refund of my money. On february 26, 2019, i was told by ms. Hetal that she had written an email to management and wanted time till march 10, 2019.

4. On march 4, 2019 i was sent a refund form for refund of my money which was submitted on march 6, 2019.

5. When i did not get any response from edupristine, on the advise of ms. Hetal, i sent a mail at [protected]@edupristine.com on march 12, 2019 in response to which i was informed that the refund form submitted by me was in manual form and not in word format which shows that no body at edupristine cared to check the form earlier.

6. However, on the same day i submitted the refund form in word format. On persistent follow up i received a mail from edupristine which said "we have received a confirmation from the management that the refund will take more 45 days to process."

7. It wish to state that the way i have been made to follow up and talk to different people edupristine for refund of my money reflects a sorry state of affairs in the organization. Moreover, stating that the refund will take more than 45 days shows that there is no concrete deadline from their side.

8. I feel that i have been cheated by edupristine.

I've paid the required fee and was informed my course details will be given to me by next day and i can start my certification subsequently by on one nithesh thakur of edupristine... I have not recieved any details and it's more than 5 days now. I've have specifically enrolled for live webinar classes which have already started. I am worried that their delay would cost me missing out on more classes.

My name is pallavi gupta and i had enrolled for the digital marketing course at delhi campus which was about to start by 23rd july. My counseller is bhakti mistry. Than last 20 th july i got a call from another girl called shurti saying that the batch will start from 30th july. Now today which is 27th july i called bhakti, shurti, harleen and noone pickup the call. Than i spoken to another girl called avneet kaur she said class will start by 6th august now. I m really pissed off as i took leave from my job for 2 months for this course. Nobody is giving me proper answer. I dont know when the batch will start. So now i want my 30000 back which i had given them as half payment. Please do something about it. So i can enroll in another institute asap.

I enrolled for the data science course initially at the discounted rate of rs 85000. However since it was divided in 3 modules, i decided to opt for the ba course only. The entire package that i opted for was the pro package. However, from day one edupristine team (Richa and now namita) have been pestering me to pay for the entire course. I made the initial payment of rs 28000 for the course of ba. From day one they have been argueing saying that there is no pro package only and that i need to pay the entire amount of 1plus lakh of the entire course.
Every time they sending threatening mails like - “ your access to course material will be removed or you are blocked on the site and now the participation certificate has been blocked due to non payment of dues”. The service is pathetic and they don’t accept their system issue or responsibility to fix the problem. The study or course is also designed in the most stupid manner or covering major topics in a day time with providing international standard of case study solving. The whole approach is typical of conducting school type lectures not taking note of the fact that there highly experienced professionals attending these courses.

Complete pathetic approach and only money minting and extremely bad customer service.

Please guys don't believe in edupristine... Maine financial modelling ke liye krwaya tha... Saalo ne mera 15000 maar liya aur abhi tak nahi diya...2 mahine se latkaa rhe hai inlog... There is one girl shaleen... Woh kab se boli jaa rhi hai manager se baat ho chuka hai... Ghanta baat hua hoga... Edupristine m paisa lagana mere life ki sab se badi galti thi... I had enrolled for the bat course on the 27th of june, the course had already started kn the 18th of june. I informed the counsellor pritesh that it is difficult to attend, i need a refund, which he refused immediately. Despite not attending a single class, i have paid inr 10, 000. I am the aggrieved party, instead they have sent me a threatening mail to pay the balance of 25, 000. Request your help. Hi, i have enrolled for a data science and bigdata course and made the payment in march 2017. Till now they haven't even conducted half of the course which was supposed to complete in less than 6 months by now.

When asked for status no proper reply comes. Completely disappointing. I wasted the money by choosing edupristine and dont ever go for it....

I registered for financial modelling from edupristine.. I have given 15000 /- to them.. Later when the class was going to start they told that there is no availability of teacher.. They said that they would refund my money.. Itzz been one month but no response... I contacted shaleen for this... Paise lene ke samay to le liya... Aur ab dene ke samay nakhre dikha rha hai..

This is Prashanth from Chennai. Enrolled for the FRM L2 onlinecourse for May'17.
My counsellor's name is Krutika. After going through a couple of videos (around 7), I found that they are of very poor quality. I was not able to understand anything from the content and the faculty's teaching was in a very disinterested manner with no clarity on concepts. Finally decided to defer the exam.
I mailed Krutika on April 2nd asking for a refund of the fee. But, this conversation has been going on back and forth for the past 3 weeks without any significant development. While there is one other counsellor named Garima who assured me of providing videos of another faculty on April 8th, I am yet to receive a response till today.
This attitude of the institute is really frustrating. Request you to please act on this urgently and resolve my grievances as soon as possible. I have all the details of the correspondence that has taken pace.

I am safi. a, from chennai. i have enrolled for financial modelling (live classroom training at chennai) course at edupristine on jun-11-2016. on that day itself i have paid rs. 10, 000 as advance. at the time of payment my batch counsellor ms. deep had told me that the classes will start from jun-25-2016 but even after three months the classes doesn't get started. after that on sep-26-2016 my batch counsellor ms. deep said that there is no availability of live classroom training for chennai so i will refund your money. but still now i didn't get my money back in between this i have contacted even to the director of institute but there is no reply. now they are not picking the calls from my number if i try from other number they are not saying anything valid reason they simply refusing. now i do not have any chance other than complaint and getting my money back. i have all the details regarding this.

I have enrolled in the 17th Jan batch however they discontinued it due to the lesser students without any intimation. Then they enrolled me into 14th February batch and again sessions would start late as per the convenience of the trainer, a session for 3 hours can have breaks for 50 minutes also and then trainer would ask to meet again tomorrow to cover up. No schedule is shared in the online classes keeping students confused. My course was supposed to complete on 3rd April however it did not complete till 1st May. Most often trainers’ network is not consistent to have a session. Technical issues from edupristine's infrastructure caused the delays.

Overall a pathetic experience I don’t think I have learned anything due all the issues listed above. Staff of eduprisitine tries to help just to an extend then they do not respond as well. I will never refer anyone to eduprisitine
