Edupugallu Village Revenue Assistant — regarding ration card splitting

The thing is i've visited your office 3 to 4 times in last 10 days, regarding ration card splitting purpose but the local vra-edupugallu, that officer name is durga,. She didn't responding on my issue, another issue is not providing correct information, and also as per government norm's office should be able to open in 9.30 or 10.00 am but the official are office opens every day at 11 or 11.30.

Till now they are not splitted my ration card details, above said person is very very bad behaviour, and also she is shouting, she doesn't have manners,

Please look into this matter, and the same please resolve my issue.
