Eenadu — About bill collector

I am an ennadu customer form over 30years now ...from past one month I'm facing issue with my bank so I asked the bill collector to come and collect and he said he comes only on sunday ...and today he came and he is like I can only come on sunday pay or else I won't give the paper ...and I also received a call from him after 10 min and he was rude and he his like I have 150 accounts I get my bills if you can't pay leave ..is wat he said very rude ...
If this is the way we get treated its ok we can switch to different paper ...
