Eenadu — Annadha monthly book subscription

I have taken Annadha monthly subscription for the year 2021 . I paid amount on Dec 2020 . So for I didn't received any copy . I reached out Eenadu support number given in www.eenadu.net i am unhappy of the answer given by team .
Can you please ask them send all copies from Jan 1st 2021 to till date.
