I have applied for death please help me. I can't walk. I am from Hyderabad Telangana. I am suffering from a very long time. Please help me. I want my right to die with dignity. Please help me. I am suffering from 2013 till date. I am presently taking medicines from homeopathy international Begumpet branch. They didn't give me wheelchair and oh certificate. I said I want to apply for death they didn't give me in written that they know it. I mean they were doing first aid for one and half year for me. I spoke then they changed doctors. It's not good.
