I shall be glad, if you can clarify whether the builders are entitled to collect gst at 12% on the apartment cost and what is the percentage of refund they get from the govt after completion of the project.
This is rather becoming increasing the cost of apartments since there is no check and there is no mrp fixed for the areas under construction.
Please enlighten me, is there is any provision for a senior citizen to get the property without any gst pain.
You may kindly make a complete details of the gst stating clearly, the percent that has to be borne by the purchasers specifically in order avoid displeasure by the consumers.
Another big problem faced by the consumers that common areas are being charged at 25% of area of purchase with rate of building.
Further even after collecting as above the amenities are being charged to the consumers which is being burdensome.
