Eenadu — reckless behaviour of newspaper bill money collector

We have said the news paper (Eenadu) money collector to stop the news paper since this may 5 as it is summer and holidays, and above all no one in our house is reading newspaper, we all are using electronics for that, we told the stop news paper but he has resisted and continuing of putting newspaper, it is quite frustrating and irritating and he shows up after 2 or 3 months to collect money, when we forget this issue, and some days even though they r nt holidays newspaper doesn't come, can't tolerate his attitude.
