This is a very offensive and abusive way of defaming the company which you are not supposed to unless and until you have clarified the concerns with the service team.
We understand you have paid the Money but that doesn't mean you will accuse employees. There's a Service Team working for you who will provide the maximum Support.
We believe we are working with Professionals but you people do not have the same when it comes to service i.e. speaking professionally writing an email or reaching to the Service landline.
Yes, we are not going to provide services to people who are breaching the Contract and the most important factor is being unprofessional with our employees this will lead to suspension of services without any notice. We aren't loosing anything by your statements over the Third Party portals.
Please maintain some Standards either while we do Business or Speak to the Team.
You can see our clients on the portal who are not able to edit or remove the review by themselves. This will only not affect the company but the leads which we are going to be generated.
