I purchased an eicher pro 1049 model c hsd vehicle in 2019 from the verna goa showroom. I had given my vehicle for servicing at your verna showroom. After my 1st service the hand break handle was giving a problem and till now its not yet fixed after giving verbal complaints.in the 2nd servicing water in the gear box was noticed and the rear tyre was worn off within three months. I have complained to the workshop in charge in goa but nothing has been done till now. Its been one year i purchased the vehicle and after several verbal complaints your staff is doing absolutely nothing about it. I humbly request you to kindly look into this and get my vehicle fixed as soon as possible as the frequent problems is causing hindrance to my business. Was this information helpful? |
