I had booked an eicher vehicle in Girnar Motor in Nagpur, for that I had given down payment ₹ 20000 but But due to my lack of finance, I had to cancel the Vehicle, but I am not giving my ₹ 20000 down payment back to the Girnar Motor and he is saying, do you comply in the consumer court or do anything, do not get the payment down payment back...

Gear stuck problem im new purchased 7 days old tractor
Sir i have purchased eicher 485 tractor from balaji tractors niphad, tal -niphad, dist-nashik 422303.
I honestly request you to please give me refund of my money or give me other new tractor, i have facing lots of time issue of stucking gear and the serviceman comes but now day by day it gets all time stuck and one more thing i have requested the showroom to give me new tractor but they are not providing me new tractor please solved me this problem, i m poor farmer ...Please give me justice

Worst service expereince and service from Eicher khammam service center
Worst service from Khammam service center . I purchased EICHER PRO 2095 in February 2021. The vehicle is having engine oil leakage problem which is 1 year old vehicle . The problem started with in 6 months but they could not identify or did not try to identify the problem .Finally as the problem persists they asked to bring the vehicle to the service center.We submitted the vehicle in the service center while removing the nuts one the screw got struck and they did not have proper equipment to deal with . After two days They got one guy from outside who even not skillfull and he pulled that out with out and the nozzele threads completely damaged . Once after the engine is refixed but the engine is not being ignited becuase the nozzle bolt is not sitting properly. Again they dont know what to do and spent one more day and made engine to start. There is smoke observed from the engine cabin again and they are clueless . This worst service centers Eicher is running . Can we buy the vehicle with confidence form the Eicher . Still vehicle is in the service center and loosing business because of these worst service

I have been motivated for Annual maintenance Service Card in Jan 2021 by Amaf bullet center Lucknow, , which I have taken. They have not mentioned any date for which this card is applicable.
Now after corona lockdown when I have visited Amaf bullet center Lucknow for service and given this card, they are saying that card is already expired, , , I want to know that when card was issued without any expiry date than how can it can expire that too in corona period when entire system was under lockdown for 3 months.
Kindly sort out the issue.

Eicher PRO 2110 XP + CNG HSD BSVI Overheating
We had purchased a new truck from dealer Tirupati Trucking LLP Khasra No. 250, 251, 252 Near UIT Pillar, Baldev Bas, Tijara Road, Alwar, Rajasthan Invoice No. CS/00048/20-21 dated 12.11.2020 .
The truck is giving trouble on one count or other from the beginning. Now it is overheating and truck had been to the workshop for four times in last month . Sometimes for two days at one go. Now the problem has not been sorted out. If the truck gets heated in winter season we do not know what will happen in summer. If the engine ceases it will be responsibility of Eicher Motors Limited.

We faced 5 times rim broken and currently we have purchased one rim from Bhiwani branch on 13.03.2021.
And within a month it's broken.
So kindly compensate it and improve quality of making rims.

My name is Sreekanth, I am from Kannur Kerala.. I have 3 Eicher vehicles.One Eicher registration number is KL 78 4264 for your reference.
Last week I had gone kannur for service. The main problems is air leak.. they did something in my vehicle and said the problem is resolved...(They charged around 3000 for that)..But the leak is not stopped...next day one local mechanic seen this l problem & resolved this case with Rs 150...
The next incident is couple of months back I and gone Kannur for vehicle housing work.. they did something on that. The next day, when I am taking load, I am identified some sound on housing...I gone service center once again with vehicle. They checked and told me that there is no problem...I taken load again.. within couple of months that parts has broken and I have been charged around 40000 for that work..
Since last one year I am going Eicher Kannur service center with great fear...because if PSN mechanic did something, that case I wanted to check with outside mechanic once again to solve the real issue. I have a plan to book couple of vehicles, but, I am planning to move out from the company Eicher because of bad customer service...

Today the driver reported to Gurgaon service station
On completion of service the bill for Rs 10391 for 50000kms schedule service was presented
The driver presented debit card for payment
He was informed that we need to pay 2% charges for card payments
We decided to pay on line
After transfer and on presentation of screen shot of transactions we are now being informed that service centre net is not working and that we need to wait for service centres NETto OK than only than the truck will be released

Eicher Polaris multix service
We have purchased eicher Polaris multix in Dec 2017 in Hyderabad with registration number as Ts07GH6860 and Polaris has stopped sales assuring service can be done at eicher. But eicher is not accepting the request stating that they have no such segment. After purchasing at 4.25 Lacs we hardly moved vehicle 425kms and left it aside unable to find service people. Please guide us in current scenario.

Eicher live activation
In reference to the above cited subject it is hereby acknowldged that i had bought eicher vehicle in the Name of ND GARG GAS AGENCY from your dealer SWAMI AUTO CARE Derabassi in the month of August.
Since then i have been asking them to start the eicher live services for my vehicle but as their team is not technically sound and are not aware about what is eicher live they are unable to start the telematic device for my vehicle Moreover they are unable to do kyc regestration for my vehicle.
As it has already been two months i request eicher to kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

your eicher team (pawar automobiles) Nashik maharashtra already check but no solution .my vehilce aready stand in pawar automobiles workshop last friday(8day)17/07/2020 but no feedback .vehicle have starting problem only but workshop open full engine of vehilce but no fault find it.workshop manager no response satisfactory.please help and take action .i hope your team clear my complaint.

truck fc to be done only through dealership - go passed - cheated by dealership.
We are logistics provider. We have trucks from al & eicher motors. For eicher trucks it was time for fc. I got a call from krishnagiri (Tn) eicher motor dealer stating that fc date are about to expire for your vehicles. So fc has to been done immediately. I greeted them for reminding me and i said thank you and disconnected the call. Within no time i got a call again from the same person. He said, sir government has passed a go that fc should be done only thru dealership and the cost will be rs.12, 500/-. I discussed with him that i was not aware about this new rule. He said the rule is already in live. So i agreed to do fc. Later they shared me a quote for service & fc and i missed checking it. 3 days later the work is completed and they have shared me the bills for fc/charges as rs.16, 500/- (Including gst). I asked the reason, but no proper answers. I asked they to forward the go copies but they are not responding. Note: they are cheating customers saying that go has been passed, so only you should come to dealers & looting the money in different different ways (Parts names). If we do fc in market i wont cost more than rs.8000/- and now they are forcing me to pay the amount.

ROAD AFIM KOTHI CROSSING KANPUR से 23.05.2017 को इसके सहित 4 गाड़िया खरीदी थी अक्टूबर 2019 के आखिरी सप्ताह में गाड़ी नंबर -UP78DN4233 में गेयर बक्से के नट बोल्ट ढीले हो जाने के कारण मैंने गाड़ी SHREE VAHICLES के किसान नगर स्थित वर्कशॉप में भेजी वंहा पर मैकेनिक द्वारा कार्य करते वक्त गाड़ी की वायरिंग जल गई जिसको की हमे बताया गया की आपके ड्राइवर द्वारा वायरिंग जली है और अब आपको करीब 80000 / रूपए चार्ज देना पड़ेगा बातचीत करने के बाद किसी तरह से 40000 / रूपए लेके 7 दिन बाद गाड़ी छोड़ी जिसका कि आज तक मुझे कोई भी बिल नहीं दिया गया जबसे वायरिंग जली है तब से गाड़ी में स्टार्टिंग की प्रोब्लम अ गयी है जिसकी कि मै समय समय पर वंहा वर्कशॉप के मैनेजर मुकुल शर्मा जी को अवगत कराता रहा हूँ बीच में एक बार मुकुल शर्मा जी ने गाड़ी अपनी वर्कशॉप में बुलाई और फोन कर के बताया की इसमें 9000 / रूपए का खर्चा है लेकिन बात करने पर 5000 / रूपए लेके गाड़ी छोड़ दी लेकिन स्टार्टिंग की प्रोब्लम जो की तयो रही गाड़ी कभी स्टार्ट होती कभी नहीं स्टार्ट होती है कभी रेस नहीं लेती है दिनांक 28.04.2020 को गाड़ी स्टार्ट होनी बंद हो गई जिसकी की कम्प्लेन मैंने टोल फ्री पर 29.04.2020 को की चूँकि मै मुकुल शर्मा को कम्प्लेंट करते करते थक गया था और मेरी प्रोब्लम हल नहीं हुई थी दिनांक 30.04.2020 को मैकेनिक गाड़ी के पास आये और उन्होंने देख कर बताया यह प्रोब्लम यंहा हल नहीं हो सकती इसको वर्कशॉप पहुचाये मैंने उसी दिन SHREE VAHICLES के वर्कशॉप पर पंहुचा दिया लेकिन आज दिनांक 06.05.2020 तक भी गाड़ी बन नहीं पाई आज दिनांक 06.05.2020 को 01:39 pm पर वर्कशॉप से किसी अर्जुन नामक मैकेनिक का फ़ोन आया था कि गाड़ी में कोई पार्ट्स जिसको कि वह I C U नाम बता रहा था और उसकी कीमत 21000 / प्लस सर्विस चार्ज देने पर बदला जायेगा लेकिन हमारे ड्राइवर जो की वही वर्कशॉप में मौजूद है ने बताया की उस पार्ट्स को डालने से भी गाड़ी स्टार्ट नहीं हो रही है

service of my eicher pro 1049 model

I purchased an eicher pro 1049 model c hsd vehicle in 2019 from the verna goa showroom. I had given my vehicle for servicing at your verna showroom. After my 1st service the hand break handle was giving a problem and till now its not yet fixed after giving verbal complaints.in the 2nd servicing water in the gear box was noticed and the rear tyre was worn off within three months. I have complained to the workshop in charge in goa but nothing has been done till now. Its been one year i purchased the vehicle and after several verbal complaints your staff is doing absolutely nothing about it. I humbly request you to kindly look into this and get my vehicle fixed as soon as possible as the frequent problems is causing hindrance to my business.

One of our vehicle is off road at bhilwara rajasthan from last yesterday aproxx – 6.00 pm
With vehicle regestration number - hr38u5069
Chassis no – 007075.
Model – eicher pro – 60.31.
Diesel pipe broken.
And i have done the complaint on eicher toll free number. And they assign my complaint to nearby dealership –
Eicher express service - mumal motors - transport nagar, near jai hind circle, bhilwara.
Complaints details –
1 - dear customer, ticket nh[protected] created on your request. Eos team member ([protected] [protected]) with eos van (Xx2114) will reach you soon
2 - ticket nh[protected] assigned for your vehicle hr38u5069 to dealership mumal motors - bhilwara (Bhilwara).
But the dealer has not sent his mechanic to the truck.
Then in the last, i made a temporary connection of the diesel pipe of the truck through the local mechanic.
And sent the truck to the dealership.
Trucks reached today at dealership on 10:00 in the morning
But no solution found yet, and the dealership is not responding, for this repair work.
It has an agent material of a company which we have to deliver quickly.
The company is constantly calling and asking about the truck status.
Kindly advice dealership to replaced the part as soon as possible.
And make the vehicle on road.

My complaint is regarding an issue with one of your service centre named s. S mirje & co service authorised dealer, located at kolhapur, maharashtra (Part of gat no 242, near mahatma phule spinning mill, mouje vathar tarf, vadgaon, tal - hatakanagale, kolhapur, 416112). The service center is trying to manipulate customers by billing for wrong services offered and taking un acceptable time to provide the service. We have faced heavy losses due to their pathetic service which they have offered.
Our vehicle was on the way to tamilnadu and while reaching kolhapur, it faced over heating issue, because of which we had to take it to nearby service centre, which is the one which is in kolhapur, maharashtra.
This issue of over heating was solved after approx 15 days of surrender of vehicle. Once they have confirmed us that the issue has been solved, we loaded back the vehicle with the goods and was ready for a trip to bangalore. While on the way to bangalore, in belgaum, again after 3 days of service, the vehicle faced the same issue of over heating for which the vehicle was surrendered on 22/10/2019. we tried reaching on a toll free number as kolhapur's service provider phone was not rechable and the toll free number connected us to the nearest service provider. A person from belgaum service centre, visited the site at which the vehicle was stand still and after the inspection, he informed us that the vehicle has to be taken to service centre and he cannot fix the issue there. But, he said that he can only service it after the acceptance of the same from kolhapur service provider. But the service provider of kolhapur denied and he demanded us to bring back the vehicle to kolhapur service station on the point agreed that it was service provider's fault and the vehicle will be serviced iagain without charging a single penny from us. after so many heated arguments, we left with no choice other than risking our drivers life and taking that over heating vehicle back to kolhapur. Again we had to unload our vehicle's goods and surrender the vehicle to the service center.
Despite of confirming with us on call that he will be offering service without charging us because, the service wasn't carried out properly. He forced us to pay the amount invoiced and blackmailed us of not returning the vehicle back.
1. The service provider manipulated the invoice provided by not mentioning anywhere that the vehicle was out of service center for 4 to 5 days. He recorded the odometer reading as same in both the invoice which is wrong because the vehicle had travelled for approx 250 km or more. There is no record of vehicle being out of service station for 5 to 7 days.
2. Even after service provider's fault, he blackmailed us for paying the amount of second invoice and said that he wont return our vehicle back.
3. We faced major losses with the veichle and the vehicle was hardly 2 years old and it is not accepted to face such issue.
4. The invoice consist of many service which was not informed to us and is not anywhere connected with heating issue.
5. We has to surrender our vehicle and the vehicle was under them for approc 1 month due to which we faced losses with our regulare income that we recieve.
6. Due to the service provider's mistake, we had to load and unload the goods where we faced loss of loading and unloading charges.
7. We had to pay a huge amount of money for the replacement that we had to provide for the goods transport.
8. There was a loss of diesel consumption amount for travelling in between kolhapur and belgaum.
9. Above all we faced a lot of mental issue due to the arguments we had to face because of this issue for almost 1 month.
So, in all i can feel how wrong we were to take the decision of buying eicher vehicle and i promise to never recommend this brand again to anyone. Every company gives immense attention to customer care because they know the power of word of mouth and eicher is least bothered about the same. At the end now they want us to forget everything and close the complaint. We get calls daily for closing the complaint.

Eicher nayi soch, echier you are celebrating your 1 year anniversary and for me it was my bad luck that i purchased your vehicles last year, and destroyed my business life, my all vehicles facing so much issues but no help is made by your side, and now i am helpless and think i will never trust u
In my one vehicles clutch plate burns at 60000km and warranty is upto 1lac km but i have to pay.
In another vehicles engine seized on 160000km and warranty is upto 4lacs km but i have to pay.
And from last 24 hrs my another vehicle is in workshop and not get repaired.
Every time they found tricks that how they will ask for money even if vehicles is under warranty and they told us it was your fault.
Specially a dealer in jaipur tambi motors they have no sense how to work. Every time from there i got my vehicles serviced and i facing issues

We bought the above bus from kartar motors, bilaspur but this bus is full of faulty because engine is old, water leaks, oil leaks, no average, everywhere crack, painted on a old bus, glass old and so many other complaints. Please replace the bus and provide us a new branded one. Please do the needful at the earliest. Your company is known for customer centric.

We have bought 5 buses from your company in august 2018, during the order of purchase, the gauhati branch promised there will service provided at dimapur and yet not at all done and no other means of helping us too.
And we have order the some metrial for maintenance of the bus that also have not reached at least more than a month.
With this how can continue custermership we are having good experience in south but here with this branch we are having very bad time not able to run the buses at this moment to buses lying down in the campus
Expecting your attention as earliest possible

The pipe line from cylinder to engine is leaking from past three days, The School bus was taken to the work shop on 09/4/2019 and the company was not able to replace the said pipe line till date, It is a safety and serious matter. The Bus is used at American Montessori Public School Gurugram.

It is to be noted that it has been more than 10days since the release of margin money and more than a week since the release of payment by financer against the do for supply of staff bus at our motikhavdi site but till date we have not received the bus at the site. It is not understood as to why there is so much of delay in the delivery of the staff bus against our po even after daily follow ups with you. For your information, the do was issued on 6th feb 2019. The margin money was released on 5th feb 2019 and the payment by the financer was released on 8th feb 2019. The way things have moved at your end it we will have to think twice before even considering eicher for our future requirements of not only buses but also of tippers as our management has taken it very seriously. It was never expected from a reputed auto co. Such as eicher but you have proved everybody wrong. Mr. Ajit n. Shete from eicher is the co-ordinator. We are incurring daily cost of 5000/ for commuting our staff due to delay in supply of eicher bus, which would be debited to your account.

Myself purchased a Eicher truck 1080 model from Authorized dealership at Calicut from Dec 2018.
After taking the delivery of the vehicle myself highlight the concern of poor pick up and misfiring in sometimes.
But till the time there is no proper service attention happened to sort out this complaint. Even after given complaining repeatedly to the Dealer service persons..and State head of the company. Twice they had depute a non skilled technicians to attend the vehicle.
Am really worried about the seriousness of the company officials about the customer care of a brand new vehicles reported complaints.
Am decided to approach legal ways to get the solution and compensation for the hardest things myself faced.
