Misleaded on warrenty time period until expired, justfication given in between as checking with support technical team as why Royal Enfied service portal do not have option to extend. Further dealership confused and not aware as what is going as do not have full info with respect to warrenty things. I reached out to RE support through email explaining, until kept waiting for 06 months now RE regional manager has not came out with any solution but false promises . Was this information helpful? |
