Misleaded on warrenty time period until expired, justfication given in between as checking with support technical team as why Royal Enfied service portal do not have option to extend. Further dealership confused and not aware as what is going as do not have full info with respect to warrenty things. I reached out to RE support through email explaining, until kept waiting for 06 months now RE regional manager has not came out with any solution but false promises .

Sir e purchased an eicher 3531 model 12 tyres truck from eicher motor and it is under gurantee period of three year but from lasone year it is not working properly we complaint many time in company but from last some time they are refusing to repair it sir our truck is under bank lone due to faulted truck we are unable to give bank installment and our loan is overdue and bank is asking to give installment bt truck is not working than from where we had to give this and from last 1 week truck is faulted and company is refusing to repair it please sir help me i am in big problem i reqest you to beg hand to take strick action angaist company
