Regarding the above said vehicle, We had met with problem in engine by jan 22, 2021 nearby karwar.
On that time vehicle taken for 180 km by recovery to hubli workshop for service due to no nearby workshops at karwar.
Vehicle works were finished at April 10, 2021.
That also not complete works, vehicle again toomuch problems were raised, almost it costs more than 2 lakhs and 3 month vehicle was idle without running.
And adblu was frozen in the tank due to long period, that creates the issue on whole adblu system.
Vehicle reported for restoration of adblu system on 08.07.21 at jailaxmi auto, namakkal.
It got ready on 24.08.21.Those adblu system completely restored. It costs 80, 561 and 46 days.
Again adblu injector was blocked and changed on jun, 2022 it was on parts warranty.
But the same issue raised on Dec, 2022. But replaced on paid only.
Then on feb 13, 2023 reported for low pickup and Accelerator improper raising, they were checked with laptop and done the maintenance works.
Same problem raised on empty on feb 19, 2023 while coming to haveri, then hubli.
Problem not diagnosed still march 6th almost now 1 month wasted.
After removing engine head, problem was found that engine head and block were having a minor defect on the top.
How it may cause, kindly let us know the cause of failure, or else fire the vehicle on garage itself.
Nearly 8 lakhs were lost due to this vehicle, we are not going to loss another 5 lakhs for this vehicle.
We are operating more than 120 trucks as a fleet operator, we are coming to know that eicher only toomuch costlier while comparing to other brands, also poor service on service centres. While comparing to our other brand's trucks which are running with this vehicle, nearly 15 lakhs loss on this vehicle due to only because of its brand " EICHER ".
We are going to fight against this issue, as we need an appropriate solution.
If not further we will move to legal actions to stop these things.
