Regarding the above said vehicle, We had met with problem in engine by jan 22, 2021 nearby karwar.
On that time vehicle taken for 180 km by recovery to hubli workshop for service due to no nearby workshops at karwar.
Vehicle works were finished at April 10, 2021.
That also not complete works, vehicle again toomuch problems were raised, almost it costs more than 2 lakhs and 3 month vehicle...

Want replacement NEW EICHER PRO 3019 M HSD have engine problem
Our new Eicher getting the same problem in every day not getting the race, it is very difficult climb/run on flyovers. .
From the last one month we taken our vehicle 5.times into the service station.
RC no: HR69D1763
Model: EICHER PRO 3019 M HSD
Engine No: E426CDMA339500
chassis no: MC2CAMRC0MA069250
First we have the problem on 14.8.2021 and we have taken the vehicle to Eicher murthal service centre
And the same day they have repaired the vehicle and returned . As per them problem is because of some software issue in vehicle.
Second time we sent the vehicle to Eicher Murthal service centre on 26.8.21 with the same problem
vehicle not take the load and it is very difficult climb/run on flyovers. The service centre sort out
the problem and return the vehicle on the same day. As per them problem is because of the diesel flow less to the engine and they have sorted out.
On 30.8.2021 the same problem happened again and we have taken the vehicle to the service station . This time Murthal service
team sort outed the issue on the same day and return the vehicle to us. As per them problem is because of Diesel flow to the Engine more than its required.
On 07.9.2021 the same problem is happened again and we have called the Sales person Mr Devender in Karnal Bansal motors and service manager Mr. Vimal in
Murthal . They have committed for sort out the problem completely . On this day they have checked the vehicle and found some problem in the vehicle wiring.
As per Murthal service centre they have informed Eicher head office for new wiring for replacement and it will replaced on Friday(10.9.21). On the above commitment
they made the temporary solution on the vehicle return to us. But vehicle got the same problem in yesterday and we sent the vehicle today to their Murthal service centre.
But today they are not replacing the wiring as per the earlier commitment. Asper them it is not received from their head office and for getting it will take
another 2-3 days. Currently vehicle in their service centre.
We have purchased this vehicle on 15.2.21 and it is under warranty . If the vehicle problems continue in this way it is very difficult for us to run the vehicle.
Now the service are free after the warranty we want to pay the service charge also.
Enclosed copy of purchase documents and RC copy for your reference.

Venue :- above mentioned vehicle is belongs to the eicher company and it has violated motor vehicle act buy air pollution and uses of highly noisy horns it has been found that the carriage of the truck is outdated and needed to be specified mechanical abservation. I have noticed and filed this complaint on hesarghatta main road.

non delivery of vehicle

Hello sir my name is praveena. From hyderabad. I have booked an eicher vehicle at lb nagar showroom. On[protected]. By producing a cheque of 3, 58, 000/- (Three lakh fifty eight thousand rupees only) my cheque was cleared on[protected], and loan sanctioned through indus ind finance of 10, 00, 000 (Ten lakhs rupees only) on[protected] and showroom people promised to give delivery within a week. But till date i. E,[protected], even till date also they are unable to confirm delivery date. Vehicle was not delivered to us for that we need to bare time and financial losses. Due to this daily we need to hire private vehicles dcms for which we are paying 7-8 thousand daily for 2 trips for my goods delivery.
My major problem is i have to pay my monthly emi which starts from next month i, e. From august2018. And showroom people have failed for delivering vehicle to me. Kindly i request and i beg you to resolve my problem and do needful to me.

changing original parts

We have about 20 + vehicles and we
also get them serviced at your authorised place only. Your authorized dealer PSN automobile is
servicing our vehicles in Bangalore since we bought them
To our dismay we noticed in the month
of June that dealer removed the original battery and fixed a local
battery. When we realised we kept on
requesting him to replace, but he did not.
Incidentally I was visiting Bangalore office and I found vehicles is
just parked. On enquiry I was told that dealer changed the battery in March and
vehicle cannot be used and my offices were pleading him to replace but he
thought we are too small customer and he can exploit us
I asked my team
member to call dealer and tell him to get this done in 24 hours or else I as MD
will take up with Mr. Lal. I immediately
called your office in Bangalore and told them who took it very lightly as if
this is a routing complaint. In a few
days he changed the battery. Even Mr.
Mr. Sachin Raj P K (AGM – Operations) shouted and misbehave our managers in
Bangalore, since I was making sound It proves beyond doubt the dealer was protected by Eicher local office and reason
are obvious, must be paying them and sharing money generated by changing parts
since such things can not be done without concurrence of Regional/ branch
manager
I am not too
sure how many parts were changed in past as there is no trust and talking to
your managers in Bangalore office did not put much confidence. I am not sure if
such practices are PAN India or only in Bangalore
I want
compensation of Rs. 10000.00 per day for making vehicle non-operational and
this is the minimum loss we have suffered and our vehicle was unusable for 8
days
Please treat
this letter as a notice and I will be constrained to circulate in business
fraternity so that people get aware that Eicher changes parts and fix duplicate
I will also take
up the matter in more legal way as advised.
Such unprofessional and cheats needs to be taught a lesson

many time broke gear parts

I have 4 eicher vehicle different model
1.10.90 = 1
2.10.95 = 2
3.11.10 = 1
total = 4
Eicher company make so many model and they are good but i have facing problem in 10.95...gear box.I have 2 ( 10.95 )vehicle. Both are broken gear. 8 to 10 times i repair it with verious part of gear. This type problem facing many owners.

we have two school buses of eicher company .we r dealing with this company from last 3 to 4 years .now we are purchasing one bus more.money already given four month back.. .but what eicher company committed two their average and services . we r not satisfied .we r not feel secure our school children when sitting in bus. fm .neeraj barjatya.mob.no.
