    Degree Certificate and Provisional Degree Certificate

    Hi, I completed my B.Com final year in 2012 but I still haven't received my degree certificate and I am facing a lot of issues because of this. Many companies denied to hire me as I do not have my degree certificate. Below are my details:

    I pass out BA from your University on 2011.
    my Husband pass out BCA from your University on 2011.
    I received only 1, 2, year mark sheet only by online link and after some time, I submitted the mark-sheets for certificate and degree but till now I didn’t receive my documents from EIILM University.
    Please help me for my case and provide my all original documents.
