My name is bhagirath verma s/o raju lal verma
I'm a student of bsc bed course in great India teacher training college khanpur, and i had given my final year that is bsc bed fourth year exam in 2023. And i got my fourth year original marksheet from college and in which i passed the course with first division. But

I'm facing issue related to my third year exam which roll no. Is 541017
And in that exam i got back in two paper of mathematics so i applied for revaluation and one paper out of two was cleared in revaluation and remaining one paper i cleared in fourth by giving exam of it.

But now issue is that i haven't received any original marksheet for third year neither the original nor marksheet with revaluation.
And exam was give in 2022 it has been 2 years still i din't get it.

So many times visited to college and university now I'm tired of it. College director saying that we didn't get your marksheet and university authorities saying that we had send your marksheet to college.

Now what's the solution for me plz answer as soon as possible.

I was submitting the exam form of B.Ed. II YEAR EXAM-2024 REGULAR .
At first they successfully took my payment and gave me the receipt with Transaction Not Done.
But when I'm logging in again in the portal it is showing Transaction Successfully Done.
Why did Transaction Not Done at first?...
