I had completed the ba general degree in 2014.
Got my provisional certificate and migration certificate in 2017. But yet to receive the degree certificate.

I tried to contact the institution several times, but they are no more functioning on behalf of this university.

I don't know what to do and where to contact. Tried contacting the phone numbers in the website, but it doesn't exist. Emails are also not going through. Please advice what to do.

DEV DHIMAN's response sir, in response my complaint you suggested me to expand the complaint. so for more information i am adding this detail.
I am uploading a final year DMC also for more and clear understanding.

I got DMCs of all three semesters, but not degree. The period of pursuance of degree was[protected]. my enrollment no. is eiilmu/10/s60572. please tell me whether it is originally erolled in the university or not during this time period.
